Business Development Executive

Job Description: Developing new Business-to-Business contracts.

Maintaining Business and Customer Contact.

Attending networking events and/or exhibitions.

Using social media, email marketing and cold calling to gain new Business.

Working closely with the admin and training teams.

The job role would involve, travelling to different areas as
well as locally to deliver presentations and/or networking events and exhibitions.

Sometimes traveling to England and/or North Wales etc, so
must be willing to travel and have use of own vehicle and stay away from home with
all expenses paid, however we would rather gain more local Businesses.

Experience and Mandatory requirements:

Experience in Business-to-Business Development with proven
track record. (Mostly large organizations/companies however can sometimes accommodate
smaller Businesses.

Experience and confidence in talking in front of business people
and other executives.

Experience in cold calling, face to face and phoning etc.

Experience in dealing with complaints.

Must have own reliable vehicle (we pay 25p per mile)

We would consider a trainee, however it would be national minimum wage

with commission and we will give full training on the above role.

Qualifications:

No qualifications needed, however would need to provide
information and learning of professional and personal development. Business
development in the training and Consultancy industry would be an advantage
however we can give full service/product knowledge.

     

Wage, benefits and holidays:

£18,000 + Commission Per Annum, with total new business of
£60.000 (Commission starts after £60.000. This can be achieved within first few
months and the rest of the year earn commission. We estimate an earning potential
of £40.000 plus.

4 to 5 days week, between Monday to Friday.

8 hours a day approx.

25p Fuel allowance.

Hotel fee paid for and £30 a day food allowance ONLY when
staying away.

Annual leave, 28 days in total with the Christmas period
included in the 28 days.

3 Month contract to start.

Outstanding course after a few lapsed years of my first aid qualification, the instructor was well engaging and informative throughout the 3 day duration. the updates and the amendments were outlined in great detail to past regulations.

The kit and equipment was of the highest quality and in great supply to meet the needs of the group.

Handouts and the course materials and media were exceptional and easy to follow allowing the instructor to elaborate and talk in depth of the modules being taught
